If you’re looking for Class Teachers,

At Supply & Demand Consultancy we’re a class act!

SUPPLY & DEMAND CONSULTANCY is an educational consultancy providing first class teaching staff to schools and colleges. All our teachers are required to have excellent subject knowledge in there appropriate key stage of the National Curriculum.

We at SUPPLY & DEMAND CONSULTANCY believe that good supply teachers do more than just cover a class. Our supply teachers are aware that they are replacing a regular member of staff and therefore endeavour to fulfil that role as far as possible.

Personal Service

Benefit from a personal service that will build up over a period of time. We will know what you expect and give you exactly that. As our relationship develops we will gradually tailor our service to your everyday needs, giving you the peace of mind that all your staffing needs are just one friendly phone call away.

Security Conscious

Sadly in these times security is a must. All our prospective teachers are thoroughly vetted and checked for security purposes including:

  • Proof of identity
  • Enhanced CRB Disclosure
  • Checked against ‘List 99’.
  • Reference checked.
  • Health checked.
  • GTC verification
  • Covered by £5,000,000 liability insurance.

High Standards

If we expect our teachers to keep high standards, it follows that we must lead the way. Our recruitment and monitoring processes are designed to ensure our teachers are always happy to:
Abide by the ethos and policies of the school.

  • Prepare lessons as required by the school.
  • Mark work as necessary.
  • Teach, not ‘child mind’, their classes.
  • Keep up-to-date on national issues.

Not Stop Searching

With teachers, especially good teachers, being in such short supply we work hard to find new recruits. We are innovative with our marketing and are always looking further afield.

One Stop Shop

Along with supplying your day-to-day needs we can also find you a permanent placement, or if you would like a teacher on a permanent basis we can make the necessary enquiries on your behalf.

We’ll Keep our Promises

Our children are the ones that really suffer when education standards fall. Supply teaching doesn’t have to be at the expense of good education. As well as supplying class teachers we make sure we do what we say and when we say we’ll do it, so you can rely on us 150% all term round.
